    COMBINING FITNESS WITH FUN HELPING KIDS ENJOY EXERCISE

    Fun, structured Kids Fitness classes for tweens aged 7-11 developing children’s fitness and skills. Building physical fitness whilst boosting self-confidence & self-worth

    Fun fitness classes focused on developing strength, stamina and agility with games and team-work. The classes are neuro-positive allowing for a fun and safe environment for neurodiverse kids. The kids will have a blast

  • KIDS STRENGTH

    TEACHING TEENAGERS TO SAFELY EXERCISE AND USE WEIGHTS

    Do your teens (12-16 yo) want to get fitter and stronger? Do they want to go to the gym but don’t know how to workout safely?

    Our Strength classes teach teens how to perform foundational exercises (eg: squat, deadlift, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups) safely & confidently. We support them to improve their fitness, strength and build their understanding of training, healthy lifestyles and instil a mindset to overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym!

  • FAMILY FITNESS

    FUN FAMILY FITNESS CLASSES

    Parents and kids (7 yo+) coming together to workout alongside one another.

    Get fit together and build your bond as you push yourself to improve your fitness through team building games and workouts. Exercise is a great way to build connection and spend time together. Suitable for all fitness levels

Every adult needs to know how to stay physically and mentally fit and exercise has a huge part to play. It all starts as a child.

At our new MT facility in Shinfield we are offering a variety of kids classes: Kids Fun Fitness, Kids Strength & Family sessions

These sessions will take place in our NEW indoor and outdoor Functional Fitness Facility in Shinfield and are:

  • Getting kids moving, jumping, running and to give them a more active childhood – away from Xboxes, computers and technology!

  • Supervised, fun classes developing and empowering children with fitness skills & lifestyle habits they can use now and forwards in life!

  • Sessions that build physical and mental fitness, boosting self-confidence and self-worth.

  • Setting kids up to lead active lives now and in the future

  • Instilling a strong fitness mindset that supports them inside and outside the gym

  • Friendly, in an environment allowing kids to meet peers of a similar age and build their confidence in small groups
