Who is Micka?

Born in Madagascar, Micka has always exercised. It has been a major part of his life whether it was as a Community Liaison Officer for an International charity, walking miles to meet with beneficiaries across town or whilst enjoying his passion - body boarding.

Micka trained as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2013 and for 3 years after he worked in both public and private gyms. During these roles, he notice these facilities lacked a strong community, leaving members without support and accountability - two important foundational pillars for anyone wanting to reach a health and fitness goal.

In 2016, Micka founded Micka’s Training, with the aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive fitness community for men and women who wanted to improve their fitness but didn’t know where to start or couldn’t join standard sessions due to injury or long-term conditions. Micka’s warm and friendly manner and infectious smile settles any initial nerves
